**Rue Statement
The prayer/invocation and pledge. Please give us peace in our community, Lord. (This is always directed at the citizens - we're still dangerous.)

His usual warning to citizen speakers about disruptions. Some new stronger sentences.

He added: IWe are committed to providing this opportunity for people to speak and we do honor everyone's First Amendment rights here. Even when we disagree with them, we honor their rights for 3 minutes. As difficult as that is. (And then doesn't understand why he's been called a fascist or a liar.)

**Citizen Speakers
Barron - Rue refuses to use his full name. Barron started with, "Thanks for letting me speak." What are we going to do when the polar vortex comes this year? Does the city have any plans to do any warming center like I did last year? Can we have a discussion?

Diana Daniels - G62 several protests from outside of Springfield. Cedarville University in 2011 founding. 62 references to the immigrants in the bible? Universities led by Carl Ruby. Resolution 5844 in 2014. All the NGOs tied to Ruby.

Springfield G92, a coalition of churches in and around Springfield, Ohio, organized a "Love Thy Neighbor" event on Saturday, August 2nd, from 3:00 to 5:00 PM.

Devon Hendricks - again.

Casey from Ohio Hope Builders - thanked the commission. So easy to sit on Facebook. But these guys are working for us. Starting a non-profit is so hard. I hope Barron wins so he can share how hard being a commissioner is. Let's just come together. Forward together stuff.

Melissa Timberman - on behalf of Spencer Sharp's mother. The murder case was in a book by Beth Donahue. Not one family was contacted by her. Inaccuracies are outright falsehoods. She misrepresented the crime scene. He didn't strangle his girlfriend before the murder. He did that in January 2024, a year before his death. Yet Beth said he's likely to kill his domestic partner. He was a devoted single father. Christmas gifts. Beth demonized the victims. Some haven't even gone to trial yet. The victims' stories weren't told, only Beth's.

Amanda - Justin Smith was my brother missing for 42 days. And she calls out the names of all the victims. Our trial will not be fair because of this book.

David - thank you to Rue and Tackett for attending the march. His son was killed. This is the man who spoke at the meeting two weeks after, when Tackett and Brown and Estrop attacked him. The book isn't fair, we're asking you to stand in the gap. The trial won't be fair. I'm asking you, "put an end to this book."

Debra Kite - About SCAT. Petitions to the city and they did nothing. Field Trips is not serving the disabled well. And mentioned several issues.

Angela C - God bless each and every one of you. My son's listed first in the book. Crying. Please get rid of the book.

**Rue's Immediate Comments

Addition: If this is about immigration - the pending action to end TPS - a very fluid situation due to courts - could be a delay. ICE has the authority to engage. For information, call the United Way's 211 call center. They can send people to the appropriate agencies. Do not call 911.

Rue interrupted the SCAT speaker to ask the people leaving to stay for the comments.

**Heck's Reports and Answers

Had Jason Via talk about Field Trips. it is ADA compliant and they've been trained. All our materials are ADA compliant, too.

Had Logan Cobb talk about winter plans - "Community development" We are having meetings.

Barron mentioned all the places that the city is short on manpower. Heck said they have to contract things out. Barron asked if they were local. Heck said he thought so.

Tackett
Made a proclamation for the Ohio Hope Builders. August 2024 they respond to disasters.

Tackett started pretending to cry. i come from a unique position. I lost a 19-year-old daughter. I want to encourage you to keep finding positive outlets to move forward. That's what led me to run for office. (She brings up her daughter a LOT, but never manages to cry.)

Thank you to the Kiwanis for the Jazz fest. One of many events in our community.

Houston
This same couple has spread all sorts of falsehoods about all of us up here.

Estrop
The State has agreed to refund our block grants, but they haven't agreed on an amount. We need these federal funds for housing and homeless.

**Beth Donahue Book

Rue said: This foolishness. We have no control on anything. Anyone can create a book. We cannot make them go away. Can you imagine how great it would be to not hear what we've heard or read over the last year? To make a spectacle out of the city. And he hates it for our city. But in no way can you put this on the Commission. We don't approve of any of it. "David I'm going to have to have you leave if you don't stop talking." Legally, there is nothing we can do to prevent someone from self-publishing a book.

Rue continued: Thank you to those of you who protested this foolishness. And he sighs and "its' so frustrating". A citizen started speaking and Rue said "I'm asking you to be removed from the meeting." Brown asked him to come to the mic and Rue got mad. And they shut off the mic.

Brown: I empathize on a whole different level. The same individual who's come here every time and attacked and lied about me. She's threatened my life, my husband's life, because one person lied. I know what it feels like to have someone lie about me. We've provided work sessions, and people will still come back and take 3 minutes and lie about what we said. This is why I'm not running again. Can Jill advise people about anyone they can reach out to?

**My Thoughts

Fact, not debate, not question: Tackett is the fixer and a level of psychopath.

Rue's fed up again, this time about lies from Donahue's speeches and self-published book. We can't control all the lies that have been told about us (how it got to be about him, I'm not sure). Brown jumped in about the lies the citizens have said about her. But they've lied to the city, the county, the state, and the nation about Springfield for years now. All for the profit.

Rue refuses to use Barron's full name. Why could that be? Confusion when writing him in as a candidate in November?

Why did Barron start with, "Thank you for letting me speak."

Why do they hand-pick Devon Hendricks to speak in EVERY meeting?

The police presence behind the citizen speakers is back!

This is the meeting where they had the people outside about Beth Donahue's book.

Two speakers about her two books. I guess they are this stupid. "Put an end to this book."

The man, David I couldn't hear his last name, who Brown and Estrop and Tackett ATTACKED when he spoke two weeks after his son was killed thanked Rue and Tackett in this meeting. This happens ALL the time. The mafia-level intimidation of these people is scary. Are people this stupid or desperate or scared or easy to manipulate?

About Field Trips, Jason Via just says, "Trust him".

Logan Cobbs is unwell. She laughed through her assurance that she was working on "that whole homeless situation". She is now speaking (or trying to) in every meeting. She doesn't have the qualifications or aptitude to communicate with kindergartners, so I'm not sure why she's the new go-to gal for Heck. Probably to justify her 100K+ salary or maybe because Houston is quitting.

How rich they are about lying. They can't see themselves in things though. All they've done is lie since I've been here.

Tackett used her daughter and pretended to cry. She couldn't stand others winning the "I'm more sad than you are" award. She's not just the Fixer, she's a psychopath.

But the citizens. I'm starting to think they just deserve the shit that these "leaders" are. A friend of the family of a murder victim was all up in arms about Beth Donahue's book. I don't know what the thought process is to take that grievance to a City Commission meeting. But she went on about the victim like he was the second coming of Christ and mentioned that, "She said he strangled his girlfriend a week before he was murdered, but that's false. Everything she says is a lie. That actually happened a year before."

I thank God every day that I'm not from here, won't be here long, and didn't get my education anywhere near the state of Ohio. It takes a lot of effort and money to keep a population this ignorant. But to stay ignorant is a choice. And with the likes of Krystal Brown teaching AND COUNSELING public school kids, I'm surprised there aren't more teen suicides here. I'd like to look up the data, but like Heck says, "We don't keep the stats on that".
