City Commission Meetings - Recaps

It is worth noting that the meeting facility can hold about 100 people. The videos on YouTube average about 1,000 views. The population is ~60K ~80K if you count the non-citizens, which they do). This is the perfect example of a town that gave up a long time ago. How can you not, when you're in 1920s Brooklyn paying most of your salary to the Syndicate.

I've tried to add the links to the meeting videos on the City's YouTube channel on as much as possible. They used to archive videos to their Facebook page, but I believe that has stopped. My most recent check shows that older videos may be found by clicking on the LIVE link on the YT channel menu and scrolling. These are links to their general pages:

Don't think you can comment or interact with any of them, though! They put the kabosh on that in 2024 when citizens started exposing the corruption.

The YouTube channel removes videos after a year and supposedly moves them to their Facebook page The YT channel has 3K subscribers and averages just under 1K views for each meeting. The Facebook page has 19K subscribers, but typically has less than 100 "reactions".

Comments are not allowed on the Facebook or YouTube channel for the city or most of the organizations in Springfield. It's next to impossible to stand up to a mafia, and most of Springfield has just given up.
