Glenda Bailey - Ohio State Properties LLC have bought 180 vacant lots for low income properties used US Corporation Agents Inc that creates shell companies to shield the true owners - money laundering, etc.

All in discussion with Ohio State Properties LLC to develop vacant lots. Seeking taxpayer funding for the developments. Wants to know the names of the people procuring the lots. I have a right. Your fiduciary responsibility - but to admit it would be to admit your corruption.

Beth Donahue - Domestic and gun violence. Monestized it since 2021. Ecosystem of funding by multiple agenceies.

Emergence of Springfield Youth Sports - from Springfield Foundation - to study gun violence. Money could support a 3rd world country.

Clark County - millions of grants for domestic violence, but not reduced.

Jacob Putnam - sees a lot of construction - homes that nobody can afford, salary is 46K here,after taxes $16 an hour. Income growth is at 1.71% but property valuation increase is at 3.9%. 240K average pricing houses. Who's buying these homes? Why not more jobs?

David Rose - gun victims in the last 2 weeks. Tracey you know me. My son was killed 2 weeks ago at 3am. Askign for a meeting with Chief Elliot, sheriff and Rue. Gotta come up with the solution. Commissioners - they're selling land making a profit and closing it to gas stations, but the kids. These kids are going to guns and the streets. they don't have nothing. What do we have to do to keep you guys from just buying and selling everything - do something - like a park, hell anything. They don't have anything positive in Clark Country. Only thinking about money.

Jimmy Stewart - gun violence, no answers from last meeting, no data, no stats, what is the murder count for 2023 and 2022. No answer. City is not transparent. You have time and a captive audience - just tell us now - how many murder victims in 2025 so far? Everythign started in 2021 here - no answer, no data. Police Chief here - still no answer. You won't release information. How can we begin to have a conversation?

Diana Daniels - (the lady promised to be every meeting) Who was responsible for the medical bus? Whose idea was the Immigration Accountability Task Force? Who created that? The preamble- explains the resolution. 5844 Resolution. Globalist in 2014. Welcoming city - population decline - immigrants Welcome Springfield 5013c? Who wrote the legislation? Karl Rubie?

Peg Foley - thank you for your service, really appreciate you and all the members of the city team. Excited about the new housing, parks, businesses. Concern about unhoused neighbors and asks for more reports about how addressing it. About our neighbors who come from abroad, concerned about TPS ending, deporting without due process. Pathways to legal residency and citizenship SO many being productive and helping our economy. She's written Husted and Turner and Moreno to encourage people to do that. She's a California type. We're moving forward together. We treat all our neighbors with dignity, respect and due process.

Jeff Atley - legality of the land bank? People gathering up a lot of capital and controlling the Council. Elderly United - sits empty after kids get out of school. Why can't we use that for youth? The state voted for everyone to be able to carry guns.

Brown
Commissioner Brown has comments. Of course. As a child....here she goes again about her personal stories. We have to address poverty and systemic racism. (She's the only person bringing race into this.) I take offense that nobody on the Commission cares) She's preaching, as usual. Someone responded and Estrop shut him down. Brown goes over Estrop's head and says can we hear from this man - he's the man who just lost his son 2 weeks ago. She gives him her phillipskrystal10@gmail.com

Then comes Tracey - Every meeting, I share resources. I kept my kids busy. The library....all the things happening. Young Life Camp. Partners in Prevention. United Way website. 30 agencies on there. All working with kids.

Deon Green lost his Dad - I'm new tot he game and in my own silo. No Brown says, Tracey - I've known him for years. So they're having a conversation now. Getting mad. Gun Violence grant they just got. I've been to the juvenile system.

No work being done by commissioners - you are way off.

A consolidated planning meeting at Fire station 8 at 10:30am

# of Jobs - all still adding jobs - 14 new companies - Select Tech - aerospace - GISSA - housing is related to these jobs - companies asking for homes - to attract new industries. All the jobs and houses and parks and resources

Medical bus - Clark county provided initiative - no city involvement. Immigration Task force - commission asked city manager to look at issues - overpopulation of housing, driving concerns....Specifically during the fall but really since 2023.

City has nothing to do with United Senior Services we have nothing to do with that.

The Land Bank is a state thing. Clark Country Reutilization something operates up under that.

**Estrop Comments (in place of Rue)

So Estrop is lecturing that what we're being told at the federal and state level - arm everybody - let's go back to the Old West of the 1860s. As Brown so eloquently spoke tonight - provide opportunities.

We've spent big money on Snyder and Davy Moore features. But that doesn't count. Pickle ball courts. And we were criticized. Should've put the money in the streets.

2 million a year in our streets. 9 years because the state gov't cut our funding. And we damn near went bankrupt. If it hadn't been for the citizens passing a levy....

State money coming back? Slim to none and slim's left town.

More houses on the market than ever in his memory. 3100 in design/being built stage. Haven't had that in 30-40 years. Affordable - across the spectrum.

So I'm not accepting that we've done nothing.

All the improvements - what was the source of the funding? Estrop says that's a very good question. Lol.

Now published Federal State Cut Report - their intern did this. working with Heck and Estrop. Just that they've been notified of. This has already happened.

Land Bank - uses state funds.

Money spent demolishing abandoned homes a year.

Tony Smith Wrecking - 40 homes at 400K.

Vacant Property Registry - to try to curtail the demolishing.

Abandoned - reverts back to the State and they abandon, it too. City coming behind them trying to get homes back on the tax roles.

Estrop says 6th best place to buy a home in the State of Ohio. In spite of our problems....

I'm exhausted with the things we do around here. Sip and Dippity kids camp at the art museum. Free golf clinic. Freedom school at the dome this summer for the kids.

**My thoughts

"At least everyone put their cellphones down." I think it was Jeff Bailey who said this after speaking for 3 minutes. He's so right. They're usually all on their phones.

Estrop went on and on about his federal cuts report - took an intern and some staff. It was THREE ROWS. (pic below) I think it's a blessing that the feds cut $4 million from the lowest hanging corruption fruit plucked by DOGE. It's also less money for the city to blow on Haitians. ("There is no rainy day fund. We've spent all the American Rescue funds. We're teetering towards bankruptcy. We're where we are when the citizens so graciously voted for the tax levy a few years ago.")

Hint much about what's coming for the taxpaying citizens?

Heck had the attorney read some numbers they report to NIVERS? In the June 20th meeting, a citizen speaker spoke of different numbers from different sources. Data isn't accurate.

Heck is forever saying, that's not the city. That's this org run by that org that's connected to the state. It's never his responsibility. And yet, $187K and 600+ employees?

But even with all that, this meeting just enraged me. A man talked about his son being killed two weeks prior in the shooting all over the news. He's pleading for action. Brown's response was to go into great length about her childhood and how we need to address the real problems here: poverty and racism. When the man responded (I think I would've had to slap her later in the parking lot), Estrop lost his mind and banged the gavel, telling the man that he would be removed. This wasn't a dialogue. "Please continue, Commissioner Brown".

And if that weren't enough. Tackett says "I'm EXHAAAUUUSTED trying to tell you all the things there are to do and all the resources we've made available to you." This was also in response to the man who just lost his son pleading with the city for things for the youth. The kid is dead, but she's EXHAAAAUUUUSTED. <Link to blog post about this.>

There just can't be clearer examples of how disgusting these people are.
