County Auditor Has Selective Math Issues
Clark County Auditor, Hillary Hamilton, seems to have problems doing math. Certain people's appraised values and property tax bills don't add up.

I would like someone a lot smarter than I am to make sure I'm reading this correctly, but
Wes Babian's son in his fifties...owns numerous homes all appraised under $2,000.

County Auditor Hillary Hamilton's Odd Personal Numbers
Since the property tax announcements, there are at least 5 new listings on Zillow every day.
Her 2025 taxes aren't listed yet, but am I reading this correctly, that her increase was $24,910 on a $342,470 house and land?
My appraised rate increased $23,330 on a $145K value.
