It's been a human trafficking scheme and they all profited. This is a longish read, but a stellar one from the Jewish Journal:

Of course it's now almost 2026, and nothing will come of anything. They all continue to lie (and feign ignorance) and protect each other, as expected.
Miguel Ten, George Ten's father, is a recently retired pastor in Springfield. In Summer 2025, he handed over a church to the newly-named Impact City Church of Springfield. Same bullshit, same corruption, same P O S players. And Springfield falls for it. I think it's just a town of people desperate to hope or believe in anything. But they keep falling for charlatans.
Miguel Ten incorporated First Diversity Staffing in Delaware in 2002. Then, rejiggered it to Ohio. In 2010, he handed it over to his son, George Ten, because he was "called to be a pastor" (yes, you read that right). George would take classes at Cedarville University (the hotbed for Carl Ruby.)
In 2014, Mayor Copeland issued the resolution deeming Springfield a "welcoming city". George Ten started hiring Hispanics - the first to come here. Soon, the Haitians with their TPS money came. Some to Indianapolis, but he recruited them here. Word spread that they had help, jobs, money, free cars and clothes and houses, etc.
Companies got $9600 in WOTC tax credits per Haitian. Many, like Dole and McGregor salivated.
George Ten incorporated in Ohio as Ten Enterprises to handle everything else - the housing, etc. $180 million by 2023. By this time, everybody in town leadership was in on it.
George referred to it as a game he called "Springfieldopoly". In essence, the entire city (especially the taxpayer) was working for him, just pieces on the board.
For years, Heck and Rue pretended they had no idea what was happening.
Neither Miguel nor George live anywhere near Springfield - this is an SOP - they come, they destroy, and they leave, or like Carl Ruby, they never live here at all - and First Diversity Staffing is now in small towns around the county.

Another one that looks honest, right? What could go wrong?
Can't even look at the camera when interviewed for the Springfield News Sun Sep 20, 2024, article Springfield staffing firm responds to allegations of busing, exploiting Haitians, when reporters were here from all over the country uncovering Ten's fraud and exploitation.
More disgusting, though, were the people here preaching love and forward together in support of this P O S. How can you be on both sides? Oh...those that never see.
