Haitian Money Train Leaving August 2025. Nope.

TPS was to end August 2025. A rogue federal judge or two keep fighting it, so it hasn't ended yet. But Rob Rue is already scheming about how to make the Springfield citizens appear dangerous again.

The Mayor, in the last City Commission meeting, said they couldn’t do anything about federal law ending things for the TPS Haitians in August, but he and his Police Chief Allison (this is how they refer to her) would do everything they could to ensure their safety.

I wish we had a Chief like this man: https://youtu.be/_4_fs5GsKdE?si=xmwJJm3vl1f3oXlY But that would require less Syndicate.

I imagine DeWine will call in more bomb threats so Mayor Rue can invoke his imaginary powers again. Two little trolls eaten up with the Napoleon complex.

I would bet my annual salary that The Syndicate will both organize and support any and all protests here against ICE, because there's federal and state and NGO money in that, and they remain, in Everybody Loves Raymond terms, they're all just just fat kids sitting with their mouths open at the end of a chocolate assembly line.

Other people's money, by any means necessary.

The Haitian Bridge Alliance, now worth $230 million, is busy lobbying for the TPS status of Haitians to continue or change names. They've paid all of Jacob Payen's (Haitian Community Center and a long list of repeat felonies) Ryan and Ryan legal fees and I'm sure are doing the same for any Haitian anywhere. They are busy fast-tracking the Haitians now, so that come February 3, 2026, when Haitians "will no longer have protection under TPS", most will have entered the citizenship process. Those folks won't have to leave.

When people claim that Haitians don't receive EBT benefits and funds are misinformed. They carry EBT cards adn show them at medical facilities.

Most Haitians do not work here. There are ~30,000 here and there never were 30,000 jobs. Estimates are that 15-20% work.

National attention begins.

**The picture here is of the Cleveland, Ohio, mafia In 1928. Cleveland hosted a significant Mafia meeting at the Statler Hotel. This gathering, organized by th Porello brothers aimed to establish Joseph Porrello as the official boss of the Cleveland Mafia family. The meeting included high-ranking mobsters from across the country. While the meeting aimed to solidify Porrello's leadership, it was disrupted by law enforcement, leading to arrests and highlighting the presence and reach of organized crime during that era.

It seems not much has changed in Ohio. They just wear different clothes and use different words.
