Deputy Director of Public Safety and Operations, aka the Haitian Fixer. He worked on the bus to rideshare program for years before the emergency in 2025 when the SCAT contract expired. He was somehow unprepared.

Meet Jason Via (lol)
Jason Via is over all things Haitian. Including the successful Haitian Transportation Project somebody told him to rename in 2024 after the national recognition came, I'm thinking.

Jason Via didn't make it in the top ten, and looking at his picture, it's not hard to understand why. He's The Don's Haitian Fixer. But he can't do anything right. As in NOTHING.
In 2022, Jason Via was a Police Sergeant with the base salary of $95K. In 2023, he was appointed Deputy Director of Public Safety - after a months-long search, as always - with the base salary of $119K. That's a $24K or 25% increase.
Then there's the Field Trips. Had to outsource this one, so Via has no culpability. Couldn't handle his job any better than anyone else.
