On a single July day in 2023 Clay Chester of Premier Properties sold 22 rental properties to Solar Collective and Ohio Housing Investments LLC for over a million dollars.

Work in Progress....

Here's Ohio Housing Investments: https://bizimage.ohiosos.gov/api/image/pdf/202214503514

Anderson Registered Agents - in Columbus and Las Vegas - this registered agent thing is part of the "shell" I think.

There is no Solar Collective LLC on the Secretary of State's business search database.

Looks like Heck gradusted from Tumesceh in 2002 then went Wittenberg while he worked for the city and taxpayers paid for it.

Chester's LinkedIn profile lists the NY Film Academy but no dates, so I call bullshit.

I googled to see if I could find class lists or yearbooks, no finds so far....still hunting.

As I said clay chester is supposedly a self made millionaire. He is married to mershons daughter. Do you know the mershons car shop downtown? It recently sold but her dad owned it forever. It’s been said he ran drugs for this city and that shop was a money laundering business for his drugs. I’m wondering if him and Brian went to school together or something. I was going to check into that. Bc how did these two end up where they are? This whole city is who you know and who you blow so who did they originally know?

The article says: Potential Money Laundering through Shell Companies

The role of Solar Collective LLC, registered as both a California and Delaware entity, complicates the investigation. Shell companies are often used in money laundering schemes to conceal the true source of funds by inflating property prices or using properties as fronts for illegal operations. The fact that 24 properties were purchased at inflated prices, all at once, points to a coordinated effort to funnel money and hide illicit financial activity

So Ohio Investments' registered agent is Anderson Registered Agents - in Columbus and Las Vegas - this registered agent thing is part of the "shell" I think. Per their website home page, their role is to handle all the dirty details between investment property people and the government:

Toby Mathis Founder - and he is listed as the agent on the articles of invoporation for Ohio Investmetns (2022 before big sale 6 months later): https://bizimage.ohiosos.gov/api/image/pdf/202214503514

THe SOS articles for Ohio Investment: https://bizimage.ohiosos.gov/api/image/pdf/202214503514

It's called Solar Collective and Ohio Housing Investments LLC. The CC auditor's website shows Solar Collective, but the owner is Solar COllective and Ohio Housing Investments LLC.

So this means that Clay sold to Ohio Housing Investment (letting Anderson handle being the agent) and calling it "Solar Collective LLC" in the CC Auditor's site, but Ohio Housing Investments in the SOS incorporation docs.

Solar collective bought all the old school buildings and land and built the new homes on it and they all got the tif tax breaks. There’s something really fishy about that to me bu ti haven’t looked into it. I just believe him and Bryan worked together to concoct that scheme.

Anderson's address in Columbus is a coworking space.

Clark County Common Pleas Court cases: Premier Property Rentals LTD to Solar Collective LLC, 17 E. Main St., South Vienna; $1,646,000. (they just listed the one house in the court case, but it was a purchase of 24 in Clark County, 17 of which are in Springfield.

1140 E home road? Someone posted on twitter that the LLC tax mailing address is the same as Real Estate II. which is 1140 E home road. https://www.realestate2.com/

The Auditor's site shows the properites as sold by Premier to "Solar Collective LLC".

The Ohio SOS site has no record of this name.

Somewhere - in an article, I think - was "Solar Collective and Ohio Housing Investments LLC".

So, on the Ohio SOS site, there is a record of "Ohio Housing Investments LLC".

Its registered agent - the actual company, really - is Anderson Registered Agents - aka Anderson Advisors https://andersonadvisors.com/.

The man who owns this company is Toby Mathis.

The address for Anderson is in Columbus in a coworking space:470 W Broad Street Suite 701

There are MANY "companies" with this address including the suite #: property companies all over the state Toledo Professional Property Management. And ADPI Fund I which is a military prop mgmt company (not registered) https://www.activedutypassiveincome.com/

Anderson is nationwide, just needs an actual address to do this.

If you look on Anderson's home page it actually says what they do - handle the dirty dealings between property mgmt/investment and the government.

So, it seems that Mathis' Anderson is the shell? Is that right? And has made up company names underneath it. Some are registered, some aren't.

Now, how to connect to Heck...I'm thinking this is DeWine level like Kathy's article suggested. So DeWine would contact real estate folks here to get on board. Jack up the prices for big huge deals and then what?

I may drive by a couple tomorrow - I have to go to Dayton - to see if they're still occupied or if they've been set on fire/leveled. LOL.

Just three examples of the dumps that were purchased (22 for 1.646 million would be 75K each). I drove by 3 and took pictures of these 2, both full of Haitians
