The Syndicate 2023 Salaries

In 2023, The Don doubled the number of Family members making over $100K. Has anybody ever seen or heard of Tom Franzen? It's hard to see him above the podium, but this is a picture of Jason Via, the Haitian Fixer.

Meet Jason Via (lol)

Jason Via is over all things Haitian. Including the successful Haitian Transportation Project somebody told him to rename in 2024 after the national recognition came, I'm thinking.

In the Dayton News article entitled, Payroll Project: Springfield city doubles six-figure earners in 2023, it just lists the top 10.

"The city of Springfield paid 83 employees over $100,000 in 2023, according to the Payroll Project, an annual reporting project from the Springfield News-Sun and Dayton Daily News.

This number is nearly double the 42 employees who earned six figures in 2022. The police department accounted for 36 six-figure salary earners in 2023, compared to just six in 2022."

In 2023 numbers:
1. The Don, Heck $187K
2. I don't know what the obsession The Don has about fire is about. But he's ordered the Fire Chief's 2023 salary to be $168K, making him second right below himself. And authorized THREE (or four, I can't keep count) NEW fire stations. Not rehabbing or anything, but rebuilding. One of the fire stations was sold to the Haitian Community Support Center, so we double-finance this fire situation.

Their partners in crime (NGO much?): https://haitiansupportcenter.org/about-us/

  1. Thomas Franzen, assistant city manager/economic development director: $167,825 (who is this guy - never heard of him)

Then Jill, the City Attorney at $159K, Police Chief Allison at $152K , Katie the Finance gal is at $147K.

Jason Via didn't make it in the top ten, and looking at his picture, it's not hard to understand why. He's The Don's Haitian Fixer. But he can't do anything right. As in NOTHING.
